               We currently have an opening for a Manufacturing Compression Operator in our Greenville, South Carolina facility for 3rd shift.

               Candidate manages the manufacturing schedules to ensure manufacturing operations to run efficiently and effectively. Candidate will coordinate and expedite the flow of materials and paperwork within the dept according to production schedule


    • Forward finished samples to Quality Control
    • Review manufacturing cards for accuracy; reconcile and confirm batch records at time of receipt
    • Report production for manufacturing and labor
    • Release, complete and close MFG Cards in oracle
    • Coordinate rework/quality issues - impact on schedules
    • Engage as team member



    • High school diploma or GED
    • Ability to speak, write and comprehend simple instructions in English
    • Ability to operate material handling equipment
    • Have good math skills including fractions, decimal, computing rate, ratio and percent
    • Good Problem Solving Skills
    • Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
    • Legible handwriting
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Willingness to learn and perform new job functions
    • Good attendance; must be flexible to assist with workloads without notice for planned/unplanned absences
    • Overtime required when needed (including weekends)
    • History of good attendance required with a history of dependability and responsibilities
