     International Vitamin Corporation (IVC) is a leading global manufacturer of vitamins and nutritional supplements with more than half a century of private label and contract manufacturing experience, an impeccable quality and regulatory compliance record, and with new resources focused on enriching the health and lives of others. We currently have an opening for a Label Compliance Coordinator in our Freehold, NJ facility.

     

     

    Responsible for creating verbiage for new product labels, and revising existing IVC product labels and folding cartons, in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all industry regulations, both domestic and foreign, and customer requirements.

    Responsibilities

     

     

     

    1. Maintain an accurate and current knowledge of all industry labeling regulations (CFR/DSHEA/FTC/NHPD/SSA/FSA). This includes both domestic and foreign regulations.
    2. Review all IVC product labeling components in a timely manner, ensuring full compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.
    3. Assist the Label Compliance Manager in reviewing and approving all IVC purchase orders for product labeling components to ensure that proper artwork revisions are utilized in printing them.
    4. Assist the Label Compliance Manager in reviewing and approving all printed advertisements and promotional materials for accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
    5. Assist the Label Compliance Manager in the development and revisions of Label Masters.
    6. Provide active support of the IVC Creative Services and Marketing departments.
    7. Other duties as assigned
    8. Assist the Label Compliance Manager in other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Some College coursework in a technical or communication field.

    1. Well organized, detail oriented, and a strong desire for accuracy
    2. Highly developed written and verbal skills (English)
    3. Excellent copy-editing and proof-reading skills
    4. Ability to perform mathematical calculations for verifying product potencies.

    Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with Oracle, Cognos, or any Document Control System a plus.
