We currently have an opening for a Sr. Financial Data Analyst in our Irvine California facility.



    International Vitamin Corporation is seeking a top notch professional to support our Corporate Finance planning function. The Senior Financial Data Analyst will report to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. This position interacts with all levels of Operations and Administration in a collaborative team environment.


    • Assist with the development of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts
    • Analyze and report on the Company’s financial results
    • Analyze financial information and related business analytics to provide management with decision making tools
    • Fully understand and be able to interpret data collected from systems for analytical purposes
    • Compare anticipated and actual results and identify areas of improvement
    • Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
    • Support month-end and year-end close process
    • Ad-hoc analysis as requested


    • Hands on detailed financial planning and analysis experience, demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects in order to meet tight deadlines and produce high quality work.
    • Excellent planning and communication skills, strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or other related field and 3-5 years experience
    • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills are a must. Prior experience with ERP systems and/or Cognos is a plus.
