We currently have an opening for a Quality Assurance Supervisor in our Mira Loma, California facility.



    Responsible of overseeing the Day to day operations of the Quality Assurance Department in support with the AQ Manager and identify improvement activities to implement and sustain GMP initiatives and programs.


    • Enforce GMP compliance in the organization and other strategic partners.
    • Assist in the development and enhancement of the quality system policies and procedures.
    • Collaborate with functional department heads in the development, enhancement/update and maintenance of the company's standard operating procedures (SOP's).
    • Develop and conduct GMP training in collaboration with different department heads
    • Participate and or lead internal and external audits and support or coordinate with department heads in the investigation of identified GMP issues and development of their corrective and preventive action (CAPA) responses, prepare audit reports and monitor sustainability of identified CAPA's.
    • Oversee the customer complaint program and ensure CAPA's are submitted to the customer in a timely manner.
    • Prepares quality reports and metrics and conducts regular meeting with the operations group to discuss issues and improvements.
    • Support the QA manager in the deployment of the GMP Squad and help assess the team's effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
    • Perform additional task or special projects as assigned by the V.P. of Quality and Regulatory Affairs.


    • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline such as biology or chemistry or related course.
    • At least five (5) years industry experience or equivalent as deemed acceptable by the immediate supervisor/manager of the position.
    • Proficient and effective communication skills.
