    International Vitamin Corporation is seeking a Finance Leader to support our Corporate Finance planning function. The Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis will report to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. This position interacts with all levels of Operations and Administration in a collaborative team environment.

    Responsibilities

    Areas of Responsibilities:

    • Lead, manage, compile and provide analysis for all company planning and forecasting activities.
    • Provides analysis of monthly financial results including the interpretation of current month performance information as a predictive tool for attainment of full year performance expectations.
    • Creates and manages effective financial and operational metrics to provide management with concise information regarding company performance.
    • Manages the development of the Annual Budget and Quarterly Forecasts for both Internal and External users.
    • Develop operational cost analysis to enhance profitability and improve process efficiency.
    • Works closely with sales and operations management to ensure the attainment of budget and forecast commitments, by communication of both progress toward the goal and plans to effect course corrections as necessary.
    • Prepare Ad-hoc analysis as requested.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

     

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.
    • Seven to ten years corporate financial analysis experience
    • Excellent planning and communication skills, strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
    • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills are a must. Prior experience with ERP systems and/or Cognos is a plus.
