    The Supplier Qualification Document Specialist is an entry level position which will be responsible for sending, tracking and reviewing supplier qualification packages, as well as updating relevant spreadsheets, scanning and uploading documents and replying to internal inquiries.


    1. Sending, tracking and receiving documents used in the qualification process of raw materials and manufacturers.
    2. Reviewing documents for completion and accuracy and requesting additional or corrected information when necessary.
    3. Updating and maintaining spreadsheets with the information obtained in the qualification documents. Accuracy is essential in maintaining these spreadsheets.
    4. Printing, scanning, and uploading documents into applicable computer programs.
    5. Filing completed documentation packages.
    6. Respond to internal inquires about raw materials or manufacturers in a timely manner.
    7. Creating customer requested statements on an as need basis.
    8. Assist Supplier Qualification Supervisor in other duties as assigned.



    1. Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
    2. Must work well independently and with others.
    3. Highly developed written and verbal skills.
    4. Strong computer skills required. Proficiency in Excel and Outlook is a must.
    5. Knowledge of Oracle, Ensur, and Cognos preferred but not required.
