We currently have an opening for Maintenance Technician in our Philadelphia, PA facility.


    1.  Receives work orders, prints, or sketches for the job. 
    2. Estimates material requirements and tools or equipment needed to perform the job.      
    3. Sets up and operates wood working tools to cut, form, and finish material for the job.
    4. Erects or dismantles structures; repairs or refinishes walls or structures.             
    5. Installs wood or metal parts, glass or replaces broken glass as required.
    6. Erects or dismantles roofing or siding. Prepares irregular scaffolding if required.
    7. Performs minor plumbing maintenance (e.g. replacement or repair of leaks in drains and faucets, unclogging of drains, trenching and laying new lines, replacing drain hoses on washers and similar devices, etc.).
    8. Performs minor painting, carpentry and masonry work (e.g. preparing surfaces and using brush, sprayer, or roller to apply paints, stains, and varnishes, hanging doors, fitting locks and handles, etc.).
    9. May reconfigures, installs, positions, and remount’s modular office space (e.g. Furniture, wall panels, work surfaces, storage bins, lighting, file cabinets, etc.).
    10. To accommodate user needs and maximize office space using various hand power and specialty tools, dollies and hand trucks.
    11. Prepares the surfaces and paints various structures and equipment (e.g. walls, refrigerators, evaporative coolers, floors, roofs, doors, restroom facilities, etc.) to preserve wood and metal parts from corrosion and maintain a safe, comfortable working environment using various painting equipment and related tools (e.g. Sprayers, rollers, brushes, thinners, etc.).
    12.   Minor electrical work. (Changing ballasts, outlets, and switches).





    1. High school graduate or equivalent.
    2. 2-4 years of facilities maintenance experience.
    3. Mechanical aptitude acquired through vocational school or job experience at the facility.
    4. Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
    5. Ability to follow SOPs and cGMPs, wearing appropriate clothing, gloves, etc.
    6. Ability to read building codes, blueprints, and drawings.
    7. Works in overhead structures, around and beneath machinery.
    8. Good housekeeping skills.
