We currently have an opening for a Compression Operator in our Greenville, South Carolina facility, 2nd shift.



    This position must have the ability to perform manual duties to ensure packaging lines run efficiently. Candidate will be working in a FDA controlled environment. Must ensure adherence to SOPs and cGMPs.



    • Handle all bulk and bottles on line
    • Assist on packaging line as needed
    • Operate pallet jack to transport material
    • Ensure that all required steps on batch record are carried out; lot changes, returns, etc.
    • review and reconcile necessary paperwork
    • Ability to pack off product onto pallets
    • Ensure material handling area is clean and equipment is cleaned properly in accordance with GMPs and SOPs
    • Engage in use of Lean Sigma Tools; i.e. FMEA, DMAIC, 7 Wastes
    • Actively participate as a team member within the packaging department


    • High school diploma or GED
    • Ability to speak, write and comprehend simple instructions in English
    • Good math skills; including fractions, decimals, etc.
    • Good problem solving skills
    • Good communication skills; both written and verbal
    • Ability to perform manual tasks (including heavy lifting; operate pallet jacks)
    • Ability to work well with others in a team environment
    • Self-directed
    • History of dependability and responsibility
    • Good attendance; must be flexible to assist with workloads without notice for planned/unplanned absences
    • Overtime required when needed (including weekends)
