Overview

IVC is looking for a Sr. Director, Marketing to join our team! This role will report to the EVP, Marketing and Digital. This is a leadership role and is responsible for optimizing marketing strategies and enhancing the customer experience with new digital innovation. The Sr. Director, Marketing will closely collaborate with business unit leaders in designing data-driven models and campaign optimization techniques. Primary results of this role will be to enhance customer engagement, develop insights, drive product innovation, and improve communications to ultimately increase revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a repeatable and predictable consumer demand generation marketing capability that leverages appropriate digital and traditional marketing channels (web, social, SEO/SEM etc.) to increase brand awareness and differentiation, resulting in increased customer leads and higher conversion rates. 
  • Lead a high-performance team of creative professionals. Develop this team with a focus on talent management, leadership development and core-skill enhancement.
  • Support sales efforts to grow revenue within our legacy base of customers and strategic account management driven approach.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and provide differentiated solutions/communications to drive company advantage.
  • Understand our customer experience and purchase journey to own the development and execution of a digital roadmap tied to business outcomes of revenue, profit, and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, manufacturing, account marketing and product development to align resources and budget to growth opportunities, supporting sales growth regionally.
  • Develop key analytics to showcase an ROI on marketing campaigns.
  • Supply thorough and detailed presentations utilizing data and analytics, industry trends and collateral, for Executive leadership. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, MBA is a plus
  • 7 – 10 years’ online/offline Marketing experience
  • Experience in contract manufacturing or CPG industry preferred
  • Experience with IRI and/or Nielsen required
  • Experience in developing and executing digital campaigns
  • VMS Marketing experience preferred
  • Strategic abilities and proven execution in a leadership role
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, adaptive skill set
  • Expert in Microsoft Suite – especially proficient in PowerPoint and creating presentations
  • Possible travel could be required
