Position Overview

The Facilities Data Analyst is tasked with collecting and managing data to enhance the performance and efficiency of the Facilities and Engineering team. This role encompasses data collection, analysis, reporting, and ensuring accurate records pertaining to equipment maintenance, inventory management, and purchase order expenses.

Responsibilities

Specific Responsibilities

· Collect, analyze, and maintain data related to facilities maintenance and engineering activities

· Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in databases and software systems.

· Generate regular reports on maintenance metrics, including downtime, repair costs, and equipment efficiency.

· Present findings to management based on data analysis.

· Identify opportunities for improving maintenance processes and data management practices.

· Collaborate with the maintenance team to implement new strategies and tools.

· Serve as a point of contact for maintenance-related data inquiries.

· Collaborate with the Facilities & Engineering Team to establish effective controls and processes that ensure data reporting is complete, accurate, relevant, and timely.

· Provide senior management with prompt and precise KPI reporting that evaluates the performance of various warehouse and distribution activities.

· Develop and continuously enhance the Budget, Forecast, and Strategic Plan by reviewing all spending aspects and future financial needs.

· Analyze departmental cost drivers to identify current and emerging risks and opportunities, assess environmental impacts, and offer suitable recommendations.

· Actively engage in IVC Facilities & Engineering management team meetings and planning sessions, contributing insights, guidance, and constructive challenges.

· Gather baseline data for modeling to identify continuous improvement opportunities and facilitate reporting for all areas of facility management

· Be knowledgeable about cGMP and other regulatory compliance requirements.

General Responsibilities

· Poses no direct threat to the health or safety of himself/herself, of others, or to property. Defined as a significant risk of substantial harm that cannot be eliminated or reduced to an acceptable level by reasonable accommodation.  

· Requires regular attendance to perform essential element as contained herein between the assigned start and end times for work. 

· Performs such individual assignments as management may direct.  

· Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

The Candidate

 

Education, Experience, and Licenses:

· 3+ Years’ experience in manufacturing environment

· Office Suite of Excel/PowerPoint/Access/SharePoint a must

· Capacity to perform above average computer transactions.

· Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions and emails in English

· Ability to write C-Level correspondence with the ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization in addition to the Senior Team

· Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions at a self-management level.

· Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to interpret technical documents, manuals, and schematics.

· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
