Lead, Quality Assurance

We currently have an opening for an  QA Lead position in our Greenville, SC facility.

• Responsible for training and cross-training of QA technicians
• Responsible for all associated system transactions
• Responsible for monthly accuracy check on the automatic label counter
• Process Incoming deliveries of preprint
• Print label picklists, packaging cards, determine order of job sets, verify, and pull preprint for job sets
• Process label issuance and returns
• Cycle counting

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Ability to follow written and verbal policies and procedures
• Self-starter, ability to work independently and without direct supervision
• Detail oriented
• Good Communication and Organizational Skills (Verbal and Written)
• Good Problem Solving and Reasoning Skills
• Perform neat and accurate paperwork, legible handwriting, and data entry accuracy
• Basic math skills
• Light lifting and climbing
• Flexible to assist with workloads within QA dept.

  Must be able to work overtime including weekends for planned/unplanned absences and on short notice when needed.
