Position Overview
The Sourcing Manager for Indirect Procurement is primarily responsible for strategically sourcing and negotiating multiple complex indirect spend categories to ensure cost-effectiveness and performance standards in direct alignment with our clients' Global Procurement strategy, category management structure, supplier management methodology, and performance objectives as defined by the Vice President of Global Procurement. The manager will collaborate effectively with regionally designated indirect category representatives (Global Indirect Team) to deliver the best value global products and solutions to the company and its clients. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager/Director of Indirect Procurement. This position also includes managing projects through the new product committee, MRB, PEM, Stagegate, etc.
