Position Overview
The Vice President of Supply Chain is responsible for leading IVC’s enterprise-wide demand planning, supply planning, inventory strategy, and supply chain execution across the business. This role serves as a strategic business partner to ensure the company has the right products, materials, capacity, and inventory in place to meet customer demand, support profitable growth, and strengthen operational performance.
This leader will set the vision and operating model for demand and supply chain planning, drive disciplined execution across functions, and lead continuous improvement efforts that improve service levels, working capital, forecast accuracy, supply reliability, and end-to-end visibility.
