Under direct supervision, support the Packaging Director in overseeing the packaging operations; monitor, record and track SOP and safety related requirements; as well as reviewing, editing and generating a variety of production related documents.

Position Overview The Manufacturing/Packaging Maintenance Technician for the Gummy Line is responsible for ensuring the efficient and continuous operation of manufacturing equipment involved in the production of gummy products. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery on the gummy production line to minimize downtime, maximize production efficiency, and maintain product quality and safety standards.

Under the direction of supervision (i.e. supervisor and/or team leader), the material handler is responsible for performing the physical tasks involved in the cleaning, maintaining, shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing of products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment

The Batch Release Auditor is accountable for ensuring the conformance of the packaging process to the current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), company policies and internal procedures.  Performs in process GMP audits, documentation review and final release of finished product that meets established specifications.

Develops, implements, and maintains the activities of quality assurance systems. Oversees the Batch Records review and releases and implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for the in-line and/or off-line product attributes inspection/evaluation. Makes recommendations for corrective actions necessary to ensure conformity with quality specifications. Ensures finished products

Under direct supervision of the Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor or QA Team Leader, this position is responsible for ensuring finished products conform to the established quality standards and agency guidelines, to ensure customer satisfaction. Shift lengths may vary from 8,10, or 12 hours depending on assigned area. Weekend shift schedules require two 8 hour days and two 12 hour days.

This position provides leadership to their assigned shift technicians regarding preventative and urgent tasks on all equipment and company assets while adhering to company policies and procedures. Maintenance positions are responsible for keeping machinery running to maintain continuous production flow with minimal down time while maintaining a safe work environment.
