Under the direction of supervision (i.e. supervisor and/or team leader), the material handler is responsible for performing the physical tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing of products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment.
As the WMS Solution Architect within IVC’s Information Technology team, this individual plays a critical role working closely with the business and across the Information Technology organization defining, delivering and supporting IT business solutions and supporting roadmaps. In summary this position: Provides cost effective business systems and applications analysis in support of the development and implementation of business applications; includes evaluation, analysis, documentation of requirements, translation into proper system requirement specifications and configuration; formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both end-user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems, applications and industry requirements. Operates as a liaison between technical personnel and the appropriate end-user department. Evaluates and translates end user needs and problems to technical associates and/or vendors where appropriate. Understands the business implications of technical solutions and assists in defining and documenting the technology solutions to support any future business needs. Instructs end users new technology and enhancements using all appropriate communication tools as well as providing support for existing systems.
The QA Supervisor is responsible for management & coordination of all in-process quality assurance analysis for assigned facility. This role monitors policies, processes, procedures and controls ensuring that performance and quality of products conform to established standards and agency guidelines to ensure lasting customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for supervisory management of QA Monitors on the shift.
Under the direction of supervision (i.e. supervisor and/or team leader), the machine processor is responsible for changeovers, operating, packing, loading and preparing assigned equipment and machinery for use to meet production schedules.
Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, this position is responsible for coordinating the efficient movement of materials between the warehouse and packaging department, verification of all components issued to Packaging lines, and inventory accuracy of incoming and outgoing materials. This is a day shift position.

Responsible for maintaining records, issuing, measuring, cleaning and polishing tablet press tooling to ensure production of quality tablets in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. Also, performs routine preventive maintenance on tablet presses.

Under general supervision, performs routine packaging of a variety of products; and cleans, assembles, and disassembles packaging machinery. There are a variety of duties associated with this position, at any given point the Packaging Operator would normally perform visually and physically the following:
Develops, implements and maintains the activities of quality systems. Oversees development and implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the identity, purity, strength, composition and efficacy of all IVC/Nutra products. Makes recommendations for corrective actions necessary to ensure conformity with quality specifications. Ensures finished products conform to government and company standard and satisfy good manufacturing practices regulations.
This position will inspect and disposition all pre-print materials received internally and externally.
