Under direct supervision of the production supervisor, the basic purpose of this position is to provide technical direction and leadership in assigned areas.  Responsibilities will include:  troubleshooting product and process related issues, assigning work tasks, resolving employee issues, ensuring a safe work place through proper training of the work force, maintaining compliance status and determining support group interventions as needed.   

The Lead Technician, Maintenance is responsible for ensuring proper functioning and operation of facility machinery and equipment. This position will lead the installation, repair and inspection of all mechanical and electrical equipment and circuits in the facility, including removal or relocation of new, used or existing production equipment.

    As an HR Intern, you will work alongside the Human Resources team on a Job Architecture project. Your primary responsibility will be leading the process of developing harmonization of job documentation; to include, developing an approach to job documentation (template), create an organized repository for all job documentation, working with Managers to update/create job documentation, and developing/recommending a governance process for ongoing maintenance.  

As a Senior System Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust IT solutions within our manufacturing environment. They will be responsible for the overall systems infrastructure including engineering, implementation and integration, and technical services and support.  Defines specifications for operating systems applications and modifies/maintains existing applications.  Designs, installs, maintains, and administers infrastructure including hardware, software, and various configurations.  Designs and deploys systems based on business/user requirements.

The Sr. Engineer, Electrical & Controls will be responsible for supporting the reliable and safe operation of facility and process control systems. In close cooperation with the Operations and Maintenance Teams, this role will lead or assisttroubleshooting, driving to root cause of issues and implementing corrective and preventative actions and improvementsfor existing assets and related electrical or control systems in either our Anderson, SC Packing Facility or Greenville, SC Bulk Manufacturing Facility.      This role will provide technical expertise and guidance on capital projects during front-end planning through equipment installation and start-up as it relates to control and automation systems as well as data analytics and digital platforms. You will review and approve contractor designs, scope descriptions, schedules, risk management approach and milestone descriptions to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in realizing defined goals and objectives.  

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Engineering Intern to join our dynamic team. As an Engineering Intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers on various projects and gain valuable hands-on experience in your field of study. This internship offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development in a supportive and collaborative environment. The internship would be for Summer 2024 semseter. This is a part-time (less than 30 hrs)  position. The duration of this role would coincide with the selected 2024 Summer University/College semester schedule.

The Chemist position conducts analysis and experimentation on finished products, raw materials and experimental materials for product release and process development.  Duties may include method development and validation and verification of compendia methods.

The Formulation Scientist will be responsible for creating new and reformulated softgel and gummy products from prototype to final production, including cost analysis. The candidate is responsible for providing technical support to internal and external customers when necessary, and to provide scientific support for all formulation related issues.  Candidate must be self-motivated and able to work in a team-based environment. The candidate must be mathematically proficient and able to troubleshoot formulation related issues.  The successful candidate will need proficiency in designing and performing scientific experiments to solve problems.
