Position Overview The Production Technician – Gummies is a cross-trained role responsible for operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting all key systems across the gummy production line. This role combines hands-on equipment operation with automation skills to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing. The Technician plays a key part in maintaining product quality, supporting continuous operations, and upholding cGMP and safety standards.

Position Overview The Production Operator – Gummies (Pulverizing, Weighing, Mixing) is responsible for converting raw materials into powder form and preparing accurate mixtures while maintaining complete and compliant documentation to support high-quality production. This cross-trained role operates pulverizing, weighing, and mixing processes, ensuring strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety requirements, and operational standards.
