Under the direct supervision of the Shipping/Receiving Supervisor, this position is responsible for scheduling deliveries, coordinating documentation, and material movements within the Anderson Warehouse; working closely with Manufacturing Operations, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Transport Carriers.
Leads and supports a team of technicians in the delivery of high-quality machine maintenance services. Directs and supervises assigned employees to perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance & other tasks in order to meet or exceed requirements in a timely, accurate, and optimal manner that improves overall machine efficiency and reliability. Leads a safety and wellness culture while fostering a positive work experience for the team. Engages positively with all Departments, driving excellent results through continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintenance is responsible for ensuring proper functioning and operation of facility machinery and equipment. This position will lead the installation, repair and inspection of all mechanical and electrical equipment and circuits in the facility, including removal or relocation of new, used or existing production equipment.
